What this site collects
Nothing. This page has no forms, no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies. The only outside request it makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces used here and sees the request your browser makes for them.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Customer data
For customers, Floorline reads and writes call, agent and deal records inside systems the customer owns: their phone system, their CRM, their database. The customer remains the controller of those records. We hold credentials to operate the software, and staff access is limited to the people running the account. When an engagement ends, we delete our copies of the customer's credentials and any working copies of their data, and the customer keeps their own systems and reports.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep a record.

A description of a product. It is not an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of a result. Prices shown here are current at the time of writing and are confirmed in a signed agreement before any work starts.
The numbers on this site
The floor board on the home page is a demo built from synthetic data. It is not a live customer floor and contains no client information. The chat exchanges shown are invented.
Service
Work, fees, terms and the performance-fee baseline are set out in the signed agreement, which governs if it differs from anything here. Floorline is software and an operations service. It is not legal advice, and it does not make a customer compliant on its own. Compliance rules are supplied by the customer and enforced by the software as configured.
Third parties
Floorline connects to phone systems, call sources and CRMs run by other companies. We are not affiliated with any of them, and we do not control their uptime, their pricing, or their APIs. Names used on this site are the trademarks of their owners and are used to describe what Floorline connects to.
Liability
We stand behind the work described in the signed agreement. Beyond that, the site and its contents are provided as they are, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
